Migrating Content to the Virtual Classroom
with Anna Heinrich, InSync Training
Intended Audience
Anyone interested in knowing more about facilitating in a synchronous virtual classroom environment.
Overview
When facilitating a virtual classroom event, will your learners tune into you or tune out? How do you keep your learners engaged? How do you get them to share and collaborate when a computer is between? The key is in choosing what content can and should be taught in the virtual classroom. This session explores what type of face-to-face content is appropriate for a migration to the virtual classroom.
Outcomes
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
- Determine whether your objectives require a virtual meeting, presentation or learning event so it can be design appropriately
- Use the two question approach to analyze what type of content should be migrated to the virtual classroom
