Prices listed below are for the 2009 conference and may be changed for the 2010 conference.

Bag Inserts	$125 per 8.5" x 1" sheet	Must provide 500 sets by Monday, September 13, 2010. Details on shipping will be provided upon receipt of payment.
Program Ads	$400 Back Cover $275 Full Page $150 Half Page $95 Quarter Page	Photo ready artwork must be received by Monday, September 13, 2010. Back cover size: 7.5" x 10" Full page size: 7.5" x 10" Half page size: 7.5" x 5" Quarter page size: 3.75" x 5" Preferred format is .TIF or .TIFF
